this prompted me to look at wiki to figure out when Trump first came across my radar. It was probably in the late seventies or early '80s when he was making headlines being a billionaire Gotham socialite real estate investor/developer. And the left absolutely loved him.

I can't say for sure because I couldn't get past this. Remember when wiki used to pretend to be neutral?

Partisan electioneering is to be expected. Democratic electioneering is more subtle than Fox News. I automatically filter out electioneering by now in all sources, but some sources have no gold and it's all just panning. Gold would just be mundane but actual facts instead of electioneering.

Republican thinkers are obviously working on the Republican narrative, the Democratic narrative by comparison is structurally confused, as a message. The Republicans have an edge here, I just hope they hurry up because the iron's hot, and you can't help when the iron's hot, it just is and then, not too long from now, it won't be hot anymore, Repubs have to strike.
