Brad bowed to racist democrats suing the state to have election securities removed before the 2020 election. There was no justification for removing the securities and Raffensperger broke federal laws by doing so. By law only the Georgia legislature can amend state voting laws, not one man allowing a misguided mob to shame him into committing the crime.

Look, Mr. Rafflesturder, if there are hundreds of thousands of questionable ballots don't you think there might be at least 11,000 of them that will be discovered to be fraudulent if you just bothered to look into the credible claims of fraud and examined them?
Either there were "hundreds of thousands of questionable ballots to be discovered to be fraudulent" and Raffsenburger refused to expose them, or your mythical "questionable ballots" simply did not exist.
I expect Trump to be charged with crimes in GA.

Well, who hasn't heard that cringe worthy phone call from Trump to Brad? Those who think there were hundreds of thousands of "questionable ballots" and still buy into mass election fraud are gullible beyond words.
Georgia officials lost more than a hundred thousand photo images of ballots that the were required by law to have preserved. Those photo images were required to be preserved so that if questions of fraud were to arise the images could be used to help determine the legitimacy of all ballots cast.

A year after the election day in 2020, concerns still linger about election integrity in many states. This does not mean the election results are deeply in question, but it does suggest a need for more secure election processes next cycle.
According to Just the News, election integrity group VoterGA filed an Open Records Requests regarding the alleged destruction of ballot images from the 2020 election in Georgia. Their findings were stunning.
VoterGA said 74 Georgia counties had failed to produce the images, and it said 56 counties confirmed “most or all of the images” had been destroyed.
The images were automatically created by Dominion Voting Systems machines for tabulating votes, Just the News reported. The outlet said these images are “crucial for election records.”
Ballot images for people who voted in person are stored on compact flash memory cards. For ballots that were mailed in, the images are stored on flash drives.
After the elections, the most populated counties use scanners to transfer the images to the Election Management Server. Less populated counties manually upload the flash drives and cards to the server.
According to Just the News, federal law requires these images to be kept for 22 months post-election. In Georgia, state law dictates that the images be kept for 24 months.
Despite that, the election integrity group said the images are nowhere to be seen just 12 months after the 2020 presidential election.
“At least 28 counties admitted having no original images at all and 22 of those counties only had recount images that some claimed are the same as originals,” VoterGA said.

Even if the recount images are the same as the originals, VoterGA said they are not as useful. Recount images lack original timestamps and meta data that the original images have.For that reason, Just the News reported recount images are invalid for audits since “they can be changed by tampering between scans
Brad cannot hide the fact that he alone allowed democrats to illegally force changes in the election laws that made it much easier for fraud to occur.

The law also prevents any election official from mass mailing absentee ballot applications before they’re requested, which Raffensperger did for all Georgia voters last Spring as the COVID-19 pandemic ripped through the state. And the law now says the Legislature must be notified before the Secretary of State joins a legal consent order related to elections.
Raffensperger was part of a settlement in federal court with Democrats last March, which required election workers to confirm a signature mismatch with their peers and then quickly contact voters whose ballots are rejected and allow those voters to correct their forms.
Republicans, especially Ralston, fumed over both of Raffensperger’s decisions, particularly because he did not tell lawmakers before he did either.
After Raffensperger mailed out the absentee ballots in the Spring, the Speaker said in an interview that heavy absentee turnout “will be extremely devastating to Republicans and conservatives.”
He later said that he meant that mail-in voting would be more vulnerable to fraud.
“It’s just that the election needs to be secure and it must have integrity. If it doesn’t, I think our chances obviously are problematic,” he clarified.

Donations came from all over the world, totaling several billion dollars. Maybe a million dollars were actually spent on a few showpiece projects but the rest of the money disappeared. The Haitian minister who was set to testify against the scam was found 'murdered by suicide' just like Jeffrey Epstein was murdered by suicide.
