In May 2011, President Barack Obama asked Mueller to continue at the helm of the FBI for two additional years beyond his normal 10-year term, which would have expired on September 4, 2011. The Senate approved this request on July 27, 2011.
On September 4, 2013, Mueller was replaced by James Comey. The only Senator to vote against James Comey's confirmation was Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) based on concerns over the use of "drones!"

Neither, Trump is one of the worst.
And in three hours, this man who claims to have superior negotiating skills, could not lead them to an agreement.

Apparently, not. Most of the time, he can't even get his own party to do anything he wants. So far, his one success is getting a massive tax cut for himself passed.
Admittedly,from his standpoint that was pretty good. Even if it's the last goodie he gets from being president, it will have paid off handsomely.
