Unless it's food.

And then it depends on how much I've had to drink.

I think it's okay, as long as it's something you don't need going to someone who needs it (not the original person who gave the gift).

It's like when someone gives you a bra as a gift, and you give it to a girl.

It's normal for my friends to buy me clothing and even undergarments/lingerie for Christmas/birthdays and they usually get the size right, so I'm still not sure what you mean.

If you don't like it, and you don't want to take it back to the store, giving it to someone else is re-gifting.
