But, second, he kind of said it on the worst day he could have, because the same day he said that in Texas, the Biden administration was releasing illegal immigrants into our communities who had COVID. The Biden administration was spreading COVID in south Texas yesterday because of their lack of constraint of testing and quarantining people who come across the border illegally. The Biden administration was exposing Texans to COVID. That is a Neanderthal type approach to dealing with the COVID situation."

At least 108 illegal immigrants tested positive for coronavirus before being released into Texas by Border Patrol​

  • An official in Brownsville, the Texas border city where the tests were administered, disclosed the alarming figure on Wednesday
  • They said the 108 positives account for 6.3 percent of the more than 1,700 migrants who tested at a Brownsville bus station since January 25

The Public Accounts Committee said it was set up on the basis it would help prevent future lockdowns - but since its creation there had been two more.

Oh, it didn't work okay and ill thought out, essentially because of the myriad variables and lack of enforcement even in cases that may have been tracked.

Hardly a "socialist" experiment however.
