Yes that is salvation by works, by what the person does! That's a false witness!
So you're calling Paul a false witness? How typical of you. How old are you?

Rom 6:4
4 Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Christ's Death for those He died for produces newness of life, or new birth . In Rom 6:4 Paul is explaining the end results of Christ having died for us, since those He died for died in union with Him, which death of His is called a baptism Lk 12:50
50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!
Or they were baptized with Him; He said it[His Baptism] was to be accomplished, the same said about His Death Lk 9:31
31 Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.
Jn 19:30
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished or accomplished: and he bowed his head, and gave up his spirit.
30 After Yeshua had taken the wine, he said, “It is accomplished!” And, letting his head droop, he delivered up his spirit.CJB
So all for whom He died, as their Head and Shepherd Surety Representative, died or was baptized with Him; And in the same manner Christ their Head was raised from the dead by the Glory of the Father, likewise/even so we [His Body] should walk in Newness of Life, which is the New Birth or a Spiritual resurrection from the spiritual dead See Eph 2:5-6, and its this fact which is symbolized by water baptism !
Note: Folks water baptism is worthless if its not done with a spiritual understanding that the believers was in election union with Christ in His Our death, burial, and resurrection, if that was not comprehended when water baptized, it was in vain !
Peter states the same fact to believers, how they had been begotten again [from the dead] by the Resurrection of Jesus Christ [Their Head] from the dead 1 Pet 1:3
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by[because of] the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
And the words begotten us again anagennaó means:
I beget again, beget into a new life. hence in agreement with Pauls statement of Newness of Life in Rom 6:4; with these things in mind, its a given fact from the scripture of truth, that Christ's death for those He died for, produces for them a newness of life, just as sure and certain that He was raised up from the dead in their behalf and Justification Rom 4:25 !
You teach that salvation is based on what a person does, that is work salvation and it is false!
5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:
6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?
8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?
10 For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
12 Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.
Something else is seen in our text from Jer 31:18-19
18 I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art the Lord my God.
19 Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.
Christ's death ensures our instruction, or chastening of the Lord, our discipline !
All for whom Christ died are Sons, for He tasted death for every Son Heb 2:9-10
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
As Sons we all shall be instructed into the ways of Salvation, we inherit a Spiritual education which teaches us our need for Christ and His Righteousness which He has already provided for us. This is why Jesus says these words Jn 6:44-45
44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man or son therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
The every man here are Sons, thats why Jesus says they have learned of the Father. Also Jesus says that it has been written in the prophets about this matter, lets read where in the Prophets Isa 54:13
And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
That word children is the word ben and means Sons ! And the word taught can be rendered instructed !
All thy Sons shall be instructed, this is what Jesus means in Jn 6:44-45, which is for every Son Christ died for.
This spiritual education and learning is what every Son must go through Heb 12:5-13
All those God Loves are His Sons and He chastens them Vs 6, and this chastening begins our spiritual education. The word chasten paideuó
means :
I discipline, educate, train, (b) more severely: I chastise.
Now this is what the Prophet means in Jer 31:19
19 Surely after that I was turned, I repented; and after that I was instructed, I smote upon my thigh: I was ashamed, yea, even confounded, because I did bear the reproach of my youth.
God brings all His Sons to this point, to smote upon their thigh, and saying denoting their acute awareness of their sinfulness and pollution before God, results in a godly sorrow for sin !
Remember the Lords words in Lk 18:13-14
13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Notice how he smote upon his breast [similar to jeremiah] saying " God be merciful to me a sinner"
Its no doubt therefore he was a Son who had to be chastened, instructed of his sinfulness, and we see the fruit of such instruction, Looking to God for Mercy, Propitiation which is through Christ !
Christ's Covenant Death shall produce this reaction or a very similar one for eveyone He died for, guarenteed ! Because if they are Sons its ensured, and they are Sons if God Loved them Heb 12:6
6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receivet
The Same God and Love as in Jn 3:16, the World of His Sons !
Amen to this very edifying 3-part study!
Yes, the World of His Sons God Loves; and His Fatherly Chastisement of every one of them is the evidence Heb. 12:6!

Where do you get 'elect world' from? As far as I know, scripture makes no difference when it is mentioning the world. The world being every human being.
Acts 10
34Then Peter began to speak: "I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right.
43All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.
1 John 2
2He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
I believe scripture makes it plain. "Not ours only" and "But also" are implications. "Not ours only" refers to the saints of God who have received salvation. "But also" refers to the world which is why it continues to say "But also for the sins of the whole world"
The good news is that Jesus has blotted out all sin in the entire world. There is no sin in the world. He has complete victory over the devil.
A saints job is to preach this good news to the people of the world, so that through repentance and belief in this message, they will be saved. John 3:16 is famous but it's useful for this post. "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
The truth is that Jesus took away all sin at his baptism hence John said "Behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the WORLD" and when Jesus was crucified he said "IT IS FINISHED"
Regardless what you have posted prior to this what is your response to the verses I have provided? Does it not show sufficient evidence that the Lord Jesus atoned for all sin and not 'some' sin? Doesn't partiality go against Gods fundamental character?
I believe Jesus elected the WORLD for salvation in Christ.
Now the word Sanctified in Heb 10:10 is also in the Perfect Tense, this Sanctification is a once and for all completed act from the past with ramification that effects the present and future, which means that none of those Christ died for can ever come under the guilt and condemnation of sin Rom 8:33-34, so they could never be of those who shall eventually die in their sins Jn 8:24, nor come into condemnation Jn 5:24
24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
If Christ died for their sins, they can never come into condemnation for anything ! If they do, that would be a seriuos indictment against the accomplishment of Christ's Sanctifying death for them !
The atonement effectively removed God from Heaven.
Because of Jesus, humankind finally had an unmediated access of God.
