Who is your next candidate that Trump will trounce?]How touching that "patrick jane" is now shedding "crocidile tears" over the welfare of his opponents - "shambles," however is the operative word for a party that, despite having majorities in the House and the Senate, is facing the prospect of not being able to enact one major piece of legislation for all of 2017!
Perhaps the "Shambles" Party would be willing to send over Nancy Pelosi to give lessons as to how a real congressional leader operates!

Haven't you heard, Trump had his first positive poll results in 8 months, when he made a deal with the Democrats to raise the debt ceiling for 3 months and send federal disaster relief to Texas and Florida!
If there is one thing that "The Donald" craves its public approval - given that McConnell, Ryan and Trump are no longer on speaking terms, I doubt that "Cassidy-Graham" will be giving Trump the "win" he so desperately seeks!
Given that Trump lacks any moral or ideological compass, he will be more than willing to "jump ship," severe ties with the conservative Republican wing and go the bipartisan route with moderate Republicans and Democrats.
The real question is not whether Trump will move to the "left," but the price Democrats will exact for their co-operation!

I dont expect Trump to "jump ship". His rabid base, from which he gets so much ego stroking, will not appreciate that. He won't get any more adoring crowds screaming "Lock her up" or demanding that Mexico pay for the wall. His ego will be at risk. Unless of course there were ego bankruptcy proceedings that would allow him to recover.
It's going to be a long time til the 18 mid-terms. Get used to waiting.:angrymob::angrymob::angrymob::angrymob::angrymob::angrymob:
Non-stop "losing" has become the one and only thing that this President, the Republicans and his motley crew of supporters have experienced over the last 8 months - with the 2018 Interims raising its ugly head, this "same old, same old" can't continue indefinitely before something has to give!

That's ok. The indictments probably won't really be ready until next year, except maybe the first round. Say what you like about Schumer and Pelosi, they're a lot better at what they do than anyone on the other side.
