One was a capital crime in the Ot and the other two, while wrong, did not. The whole "all sins are equal" idea isn't scriptural, though all sins do indeed deserve separation from God.

Because in our society it is considered OK to hate minorities...and it's usually the self ritious jerks doing the hating and the name calling and trying to claim that this or that minority is equivalent to individuals who harm children

Because women were given in marriage by their fathers under OT law and belonged to them and then to their husbands, they were not free to choose their mates, so why would it need to be addressed?

It is addressed in the new testament:

Romans 1:25 For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
26 For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for even their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural,
27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.…

You can do all the scripture twisting you want, but the fact of the matter is that, under the New Covenant, there is not a word, not a hint, of a death penalty (in this life) for sin.

If this was not such a dangerous heresy, it would be funny. Instead, it is anything but.
