The image was created by a burst of plasma energy, it is not man made.
Plasma energy is ions and electrons, matter.
Do you believe a Spirit body is made up of matter?

I believe a spirit body is made up of the other dimensional qualities of reality, so if by matter you mean the matter that conventional physics teaches is matter then no, but nobody really knows what the other dimensions are really made of exactly (for that 'matter' [no pun intended] we do not really know what conventional matter is made of other than labelling it a form of energy) and if they can be classes as also being matter or matter 'like'. Only God knows the answer to these questions.
But if you are going to refer to Jesus' resurrected body and when Thomas touched Him or when He broke bread and ate the broiled fish that same day (thus breaking His Esther fast) then that again is something different to a pure Spirit body.
Spirit beings are interdimensional.
Human beings intradimensional.
They see us, but we don't see them unless they manifest themselves.

Yes, time and space but according to some physicists and theologians there are 10 in total. If so the 6 we can't see split away at the fall and will return in full when God makes a new Heaven and Earth. However, when Jesus resurrected He got his new 'full dimensional' body that contained all the '10' dimensions.
At the first Resurrection when Jesus returns to Earth the 144,000 will also get theirs. Then at the second Resurrection at the end of the 1000 years the great multitude will also get theirs.

No. Space has 3 dimensions; height, depth and breadth and with time as a 4th dimension this makes up the one realm that we are used to. However, within an atom there are at least 6 other dimensions which is where the spiritual realm is.
