The 9th chapter of Romans is about the failure of Israel and Paul's desire to see them saved. It's funny that you disagree with most of the things Paul quotes in that chapter, but then you cling to your false understanding of ONE of the quotes.

Paul goes on in chapters 10 and 11 to explain this and that God has NOT cast away His people and that they will be restored. Another thing that you reject.

You're a big-time hypocrite with your selective accept of Paul's quoting of the prophets of Israel.

(11:11) I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but [rather] through their fall salvation [is come] unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. (11:12) Now if the fall of them [be] the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness? ​

HOW MUCH MORE THEIR FULLNESS? Something that is well beyond your comprehension.

Their fulness is for them to be totally active in the mission like Paul is. That why he mentioned all those who SHOULD be out preaching like him in ch 10. When they should be but are, then we have a concrete example of what fulness would mean, not some re-done state/race government of Israel, which would ruin the meaning of Acts 2:30+.
