Grand Jury Indicts Leader Behind Planned Parenthood Videos

A Houston grand jury investigating undercover footage of Planned Parenthood found no wrongdoing Monday by the abortion provider, and instead indicted anti-abortion activists involved in making the videos that targeted the handling of fetal tissue in clinics and provoked outrage among Republican leaders nationwide.

David Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress, was indicted on a felony charge of tampering with a governmental record and a misdemeanor count related to purchasing human organs. Another activist, Sandra Merritt, was also indicted on a charge of tampering with a governmental record, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

So after all that bluster and nonsense from the "sting videos", not one resulting investigation into Planned Parenthood has turned up any wrongdoing....whereas the people who conducted the "sting" are the ones being charged with breaking the law.

And one of the best ironies here is that the person who kept trying to bait the PP people into agreeing to sell fetal tissues, not only didn't get any PP staff to agree, he is now being charged with attempting to illegally purchase fetal tissue! :chuckle:

In a statement announcing the indictment, Harris County District Attorney Devon Anderson did not provide details on the charges, including what record or records were allegedly tampered with and why Daleiden faces a charge related to buying human organs.

Just answer the question. Would you consider breaking a clinic window or plotting to blow said clinic up acceptable, or too much? Why or why not? Why would shooting an abortionist be suddenly beyond the pale? By what standard? If the example you're using (warfare against Jericho) is to be carried to its logical conclusion, not shooting an abortionist--say, while he's standing in his church--would be considered dereliction of your duty, wouldn't it?
