Anna's statement does not because there is no evidence that supports Nick claim and reason to suspect that Nick is lying based on his personal prejudices.

Yes. If you drive through a light with a camera and as you move though, it changes to red. you get a ticket in the mail. If you believe you are innocent, you have to prove it. Most travelers pay it, since it is out of town.

The difference there being that there's already evidence in play for such a charge to be made. We have a similar means of operation in the UK where it comes to traffic violations caught on camera. Not the same thing as some dumb and completely unsupported assertion as with the "author" of this thread.

There is no unfounded assumption. Nick, and others, firmly believe that all homosexuals are pedophiles. It is a position not supported by research into the topic. There is ample reason to suspect that Nick's accusation is based on his personal biases and not on actual facts given Nick's known opinions. As always, all Nick has to do prove that he is not lying is to present his proof that Fanning is a child molester.

Research shows that homosexuality is a result of being molested. It's a repeated and learned behavior.

The truth is that research shows whatever you want it to show. Sexual deviancy is not a matter of genes.

Like most of those that engage in homosexuality, Eric Fanning was either raped as a child or grew up in a fatherless/dysfunctional home.

Has Eric Fanning physically molested any children (which is common amongst men who were raped as children)?

By being a proud and unrepentant homosexual, especially one that has such a high public profile, he's psychologically and spiritually "molested" countless youth.
