Hello all.
I was watching the CBS Evening News last night and they showed the story in the first link. The man in the video couldn't finish what he was saying because he began weeping.
It's always too much for me to see a grown man cry...I cried with him and for him.
Because I am no genius I want you to tell me if these things are all right:
I have asked God for a miracle for this town and Damascus.
He rained manna and quail on Israel when they fled Egypt (many carrying their idols with them); I have asked Him to do the same for Madaya.
He fed John the Baptist with locusts and wild honey. I have asked Him to send locusts to Madaya.
He sent ravens to feed Elijah. I have asked Him to send ravens to feed Madaya.
Ask, seek, knock.
I asked Him these things because these people are begging the world for help and the only way I know to help is to pray and we serve a good God who said, "if you, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much MORE will your heavenly Father give to those who ask?"
In keeping with this whole line of prayer I asked for big things for North Korea and Haiti.
(E. M. Bounds said to "ask BIG.")
Please pray with me for this world. Please.
