The people of Mayberry aren't all they're cracked up to be:

And they also are Russell, Josephus followers, like you, and Otis, Thelma Lou, are like you, as they have no visible means of support, being unemployed, sponging off their respective "main squeezes."

Thanks for checkin' in, little arms anti-Semite.

PS, sweetie: And you are growing almost as much forehead, as Otis did, and Opie now has. You're in denial.

How long do you think Tet would have lasted in Mayberry with the likes of Fred Plummer around?

Additionally, Shaq says his Lakers could take Golden State. Magic is confident his Lakers would handle the Warriors.

And I guy I knew in high school is pretty sure our scrimmage team could have made them work up a sweat. :plain:

Jordan was so beside himself he made an extra trip to the casino buffet and gained a pound...which he quickly lost at the crap tables.

 What? Oh, in England.

He would have splained him away, Mayor, asserting that he was not literal, or, he would wear his Boy Scout uniform 24 hours a day, hoping that the Plummer types would not catch him out of uniform, and thus sent him to the mat, reeling, slumped over...He's in denial...

Although I question any body who says Kobe doesn't have just as good of ball skills, including a better shooter than Jordan.

See, here is the problem. Beside's Cleveland's bricks at the foul line. Irving was just mugged on that drive. It wasn't close. But the NBA let it go, when they called non fouls for Jordan.

This series won't go 6. GS is that good.

Makes me want to go back a post to your:

As great as Kobe was, he wasn't Jordan and the all time greats get calls. Just how it is and always has been.

Kobe was an all-star 18 of 20 years. That's impressive.
Jordan was an all-star 14 of 15 years. If he hadn't taken time off for baseball you could add another one.
Jordan was a 5 time MVP. Kobe did it once.
Finals MVP. Jordan has 6 to Kobe's 2.
In 20 years Kobe made 11 first team all-star teams.
In 15 years Jordan made 10.
They were both great defenders. Jordan was a little better, especially at stealing the ball.
Kobe was the NBA scoring leader 2 times in 20 years.
Jordan was the NBA scoring leader 10 times in 15 years.

Regular season - Playoffs
Kobe's fg%: .447 - .448
Jordan's: .497 - .487
Kobe's 3 pt %: .329 - .331
Jordan's: .327 - .332
Kobe's FT%: .837 - .816
Jordan's: .835 - .828

Meaning that, overall Jordan held a statistical edge in the regular season, where fg% controls more points and that continued in the playoffs, further augmented by overtaking Kobe's slight 3pt and FT advantage.

Regular season - Playoffs
Kobe pts: 25.0 - 25.6
Jordan: 30.1 - 33.4
Kobe rbs: 5.2 - 5.1
Jordan: 6.2 - 6.4
Kobe assts: 4.7 - 4.7
Jordan: 5.3 - 5.7
Kobe stls: 1.4 - 1.4
Jordan: 2.3 - 2.1
Kobe blks: .5 - .7
Jordan: .8 - .9

Jordan was worth five more points, one more rebound, a half more assist, one more steal and less than a half more blks during the regular season.
Jordan was worth almost eight more points, more than one rebound, one more assist, a half steal more and about the same # of blks in the playoffs.

And he was a better defender in a close race...or, great as Kobe was he wasn't quite Jordan. And he wasn't quite as shrewd. Jordan would never have let Shaq get away from him.

This series won't go 6. GS is that good.
I think it's more that Cleveland is even less consistent against them than GS was against OKC. Took a freakish 3 pt streak to manage, but by hook or crook, that's how you win.

In their six championship years the Bulls were taken to 7 games only twice. GS has already seen their first.

So the Warriors restored order by winning game 4, 108-97. They can win the title Monday night!
Will they be celebrating in Oakland or San Francisco?

Another reason I can't warm to GS, though they're about to make my son very happy and that will, against my inclination, please me.
