Twitter Deletes Thoroughly Disgusting Don Jr. Tweet Mocking Zelenskyy

A thoroughly disgusting tweet by former President Donald Trump's son, Junior, that mocked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with a naked photo of Hunter Biden was deleted by Twitter on Thursday. Imagine that. So, Elon does have a line you don't cross. I am so surprised. If Junior was around during World War II, we know which side he would be cheering on.

Russia invaded Ukraine; then its military members proceeded to rape women and children. Russia destroyed entire cities. But Junior is on Russia's side as he demeaned Zelenskyy.

What a failure of a human being.



If it's not clear by now to you, @Jefferson, that Musk isn't really a free speech absolutist, maybe this'll do it. And it's a good thing, too.

I don't see the contradiction. I don't expect anyone to be against political Censorship as much as I am, including Elon Musk. As I stated above: It's not free speech absolutism I'm hoping to see from Elon, it's the rules being enforced equally on both the left and the right. Never seen that before on Twitter, until now.

Elon Musk is much like Mike Pence in the sense that I have no idea who he thinks his target audience is. The base of the Republican Party hates Pence so much that they threatened to murder him at the Capitol on J6, and yet he thinks he has a shot at running for president in 2024. As if!

And then there's Musk, who makes a lot of stuff that only lefties would love, but he's totally alienating his customer base by playing to the MAGA base. They're both really quite idiotic in their own ways.

You make a good point about not knowing who their target audience is. Naked ambition doesn't necessarily require genius or even common sense.

Pence had the wherewithal to do the right thing on Jan. 6 but spent the previous four years gazing adoringly at Trump and and the almost two years since Jan. 6 pretending the insurrectionists weren't calling for his hanging. And there's no doubt if Trump had won in 2020 that Pence would've happily gazed adoringly at him for four more years. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride...

Musk is a malignant narcissist who pretends to know more than he does and pretends to have done more than he did. I think his cars are unattractive and I wouldn't buy one, let alone sit on a waiting list for a car for which you have to pay fees to unlock extra features.
I think there are a lot of conservative Tesla owners out there though, you might be surprised, and maybe that percentage increased after Musk bought Twitter for 20 billion more than its valuation in order to "own the libs," as the right-wingers believe. Anecdotally, I only know one Tesla owner, and he happens to be extremely politically and socially conservative.
