I think it's probably the same one. It's only the hardcore lot who are refusing to concede and that's because they don't want to be on the receiving end of Trump's ire while he still holds power.

Well, Trump had a briefing earlier and that's the closest he's come to conceding defeat. A judge has thrown out fraud cases in Michigan and most networks are now calling it for Biden. Projected figures are now Biden: 306, Trump: 232. The irony is just the icing on the cake.

I heard the Beeb report this morning about the President suggesting the above.
Mind you, we aren't in for an easy time over Brexit with the new US admin.
Look at Cummings ..... leaving. Boris's government seems to be suffering a degree of seismic tremors just now.

That's not what happened. The USPS has been losing money for several years, and an overhaul was already in progress to increase COST efficiency by removing outdated equipment and centralizing sorting. One doesn't put obsolete equipment back in place. Most all mail here in the US is commercial advertising. Even bills are held and delivered only once a week - been that way for a few years.
