Caino, the changes I made aren't as strange as your adherents to the phony Urantia book!
The law said an eye for an eye. Jesus did not ever say that that was a lie, as you say.
You speak nonsense about me, and more importantly, about the Bible.
I didn't say that was I lie, I asked you to choose which one is right.
I didn't say that was I lie, I asked you to choose which one is right.
Caino, the changes I made aren't as strange as your adherents to the phony Urantia book!
Which word of "infinite, omniscient, omnipotent, immutable, omnipresent, transcendent, and incorporeal" did you not understand? You didn't define God
Do you move goal posts often or is this your first time?and why he can't have a divine Son.
Then how do you know ANYTHING about "god?" How do you know that he is any of the things described?Your befuddlement is based on the false premise that those of us who have faith in God the Son understand everything about God.
And I never said you did; did I?I never said that.
Rather you believe what you think to be his revelation, imperfect as it has repeatedly been shown to be.Rather we believe in and trust his revelation.
They are both right. Jesus does not say the other was wrong, as you say.
Jesus fulfilled the law.
There was a change to that old law, see Hebrews 7:12.
That changed old law is our new law.
All those who are saved have to obey the law, the new law, the new law is in the New Covenant.
The new law is the law of the Spirit, see Romans 8:2, the perfect law, see James 1:25.
It is the law that gives freedom, see James 2:12.
It is the LAW that requires faith, see Romans 3:27.
It is the law of Christ, see 1 Corinthians 9:21, and Galatians 6:2.

But NOT "god.".......with all power and authority in heaven and on earth.
You are writing lies about me and claiming that I wrote them! What is your problem?
Jesus didn't follow the old law for obvious reasons.
Which word of "infinite, omniscient, omnipotent, immutable, omnipresent, transcendent, and incorporeal" did you not understand?
Do you move goal posts often or is this your first time?
Then how do you know ANYTHING about "god?" How do you know that he is any of the things described?

Anything makes more sense than the Urantia fables! Good post!

Jesus did not say it was wrong, as you say.
I Never said that Jesus said it was wrong, he just didn't stone people to death or seek vengeance in an eye for an eye. He introduced a new way of thinking, he revealed Gods way.
But NOT "god."
:rotfl:
I have clearly given you a definition of "god." Your inability to understand it is not my problem.I will take that as you can't answer the question.
How? Give me one verse that says that Jesus was "delegated" a portion of "god's" divinity.God can and has delegated divinity in his Son
So? How does that make Jesus "god" and/or divine (as Under Pressure prepares for the next movement of the goalposts)?"Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
