The natural man, such as yourself cannot believe in Christ, because he is dead in sin by nature.

His will is not free but it's enslaved to sin all the days of his life.

That's an alienation from Spiritual Life, the Life of God!

Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart
