I need to tell you all how much I appreciate this thread. It's a great place to check in and see smiling (admit it, I know they are) faces.
So thanks chrys for starting it and thanks everyone for the daily dose of cheer and a BIG OL' GIANT THANK YOU ZOO FOR THE BOTD!!!

MORNIN' ALL,
I love to just go with the flow and rejoice as each
of the new seasons unfold.
whatever they bring, somehow we make it through,
hopefully with some gratitude and not to much complaining.
after not a few years, we certainly get many, many,
opportunities to learn and grow and hopefully get it right.
setting our sights on doing and being the best we can today
and toting our hopes into tomorrow can bring us such pleasure,
especially when we count all of the blessings that pop-up every day,
and if we try hard enough, we may get through all pain and sorrow
without to many permanent scars.
and now, here we are once again, priviledged individuals,
allowed to gaze in wonderous joy as life brings us all of her smells and colors and beauty,
pulling and nagging us in our hearts to partake and just enjoy the bounty for free.
and all we have to do is just look, step, and breathe-in these precious gifts of love.
