......a candidate that is pro-abortion disqualifies himself from receiving a Catholic’s vote. This is because being pro-abortion cannot simply be placed alongside the candidate's other positions on Medicare and unemployment, for example; and this is because abortion is intrinsically evil and cannot be morally justified for any reason or set of circumstances. To vote for such a candidate even with the knowledge that the candidate is pro-abortion is to become an accomplice in the moral evil of abortion. If the voter also knows this, then the voter sins mortally.............

Why were not respective members of the body of Christ, on TOL, who are members of the church, in this dispensation, not consulted? I received no correspondence from either this Tim Staples, or "Catholic (Un)Answers."

Explain.

chrisostom DID NOT say that s/he voted for Obama. S/he merly commented that other Catholic have. Nor has chrys said that s/he will vote for Hillary. In fact, s/he has stated that a third party candidate may win his/her vote. You chrysostom an apology.

First of all, I don't consider pathological liars like you to the be a member of the body of Christ, so there's your short answer.

It's amusing how many people will backtrack and talk about Obama now.
He didn't win the election by such a landslide because so many thought he was horrible.
