Ginni Thomas’ Election Fraud Guru

Ginni Thomas name-checked Steve Pieczenik, a little-known conspiracy theorist, in texts to then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows about overturning the 2020 election.

As Ginni Thomas, a prominent conservative activist and the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, made the case to overturn the election to a top adviser to former President Donald Trump in the days after the 2020 election, she cited several conspiracy theories popular with the president’s most deluded supporters

In her messages, published Thursday by CBS News and the Washington Post, Thomas urged then-White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows to look into the claims of Steve Pieczenik, a little-known conspiracy theorist whose ideas are often too crazy for even Alex Jones.
If the election was stolen by fraud then anyone, including Ginni Thomas, has a right to advocate for an investigation to examine the legitimacy of the election.

Yes to make the point that all of this is as I said and I 'quofe' "rhetoric, spin, narrative, electioneering, partisanship"

You wanted to make the point that no one said "impeachment" because no one had said "impeachment?" Alrighty then.

And trying to paint it as partisan to expect SC justices to recuse themselves from cases whenever their impartiality might reasonably be questioned - when federal law requires exactly that of federal judges - is not, nor should it be, partisan. All should expect this of all judges.

Judge: Trump ‘more likely than not’ committed crime in trying to block Biden win

A federal judge said in a ruling Monday that then-President Donald Trump “more likely than not” committed federal crimes in trying to obstruct the congressional count of electoral college votes on Jan. 6, 2021

The determination from U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter came in a ruling addressing scores of sensitive emails that Trump ally and conservative lawyer John Eastman had resisted turning over to the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot and related efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election result.

Eastman wrote key legal memos aimed at denying Democrat Joe Biden’s victory. The judge was assessing whether Eastman’s communications were protected by attorney-client privilege, and was analyzing in part whether Eastman and Trump had consulted on the commission of a crime.

“Based on the evidence, the Court finds it more likely than not that President Trump corruptly attempted to obstruct the Joint Session of Congress on January 6, 2021,” Carter wrote.

Unfortunately it won't necessarily lead to Trump being actually prosecuted.

Add to that the most unintelligent, the most undiplomatic, the weakest of character and biggest liar and you're getting closer...
I am not sure we should be questioning the intelligence of public opfficials that way considering such questions may result in spreading disrespect for politicians and judges like Biden, Pelosi, Ketanji, Waters, AOC, and so forth.

Democrats and unsaved leftist barbarians tend to claim their enemies "may have committed some crime" while insisting their friends and associates of their friends "are innocent of the crimes they have committed."

Exactly. Outside of the halls of Congress Trump cannot be convicted of any crime before the crime is identified and evidence of his guilt is presented in court under laws of due process. Under democrat ruiles in Congress Trump was convicted of a crime he did not commit in which the chief witness entered the democrat witness protection program in oprder to escape questioning by Trump's seriously hog-tied defensen team.

It's what should happen, but no, it sure won't at all. Like with the impeachments though, this all goes into the historical record.
Democrats scored a tainted victory by convicting Trump of a crime he did not commit. There was no due process, the witnesses for the defense were not allowed to speak, and the witnesses for the porosecution were not allowed to be cross-examined.
