I'd be interested in reading how an advocate for such a thing would word the law in spite of such obstacles. That would probably reveal a lot about their plan to execute homosexuals.

The obstacle of the US Constitution would not exist. In order to establish a nation governed by the laws I advocate the entire current system would have to disappear.

Identification for the purposes of prosecution could only be done if they are caught in the act. And then there would have to be at least two witnesses.

That'd be a part of a plan. Basically I just wanted to set aside talking about if or why homosexuals should be executed, which is covered in pretty much every other thread here at TOL, and talk about what the plan is to get the homosexual execution that people advocate underway.

There are seriously hundreds of threads here at TOL about homosexuals. Nothing about how the extermination will unfold.

There are all kinds of plans for putting an end to abortion, or how taxes should work, or how the American medical system should work, or what to do about illegal immigration, or how to better coach a football team, how to fix the economy, plans for most everything, but even though homosexuality is surely the biggest topic here at TOL after God, and plenty of people at TOL advocate that homosexuals are executed, for some reason, no one seems to talk about the plan to execute them. Folks seem to prefer to talk about body orifices. So where's the "execute homosexuals!" TOL shirt? Who's organizing the "execute homosexuals" rallies? Does Lighthouse spend weekends holding up "Queers deserve execution!" banners on freeway overpasses? Who's the execute homosexuals candidate? What's their plan? ... What's the plan?

Look, all I was saying is I'm sick of hearing the "but I don't want homosexuals to be executed, I want them to repent, but if they don't repent they should be executed, but I don't want them executed, I want them to repent, but if they are homosexuals, they should be executed, but... " argument. I've heard it so many times over the years. You've given that argument to me yourself, Delmar (even though here you seem to be saying differently). If someone advocates that homosexuals are executed, they want homosexuals executed.

I get it. Folks want homosexuals to repent. They want homosexuals not to be homosexuals. Fine. But if people are homosexuals, they think they should be executed. And that means wanting homosexuals put to death.

I'm saying it's a cop-out argument, and that if people want homosexuals put to death, they ought to have the backbone to stand behind it.

God is "not willing that any should perish" yet He commanded that some perish. This has always been the argument! You don't see it as consistent because you refuse to see that capitol crimes are more destructive than capitol punishment.
