has more credibility than the police doing the investigating?

I've made it clear I would accept actual police evidence if such exists and change my view. I just won't accept a trash newspaper article as evidence, something you seem all happy to do as long as it fits with your preconceived notions.

No, the problem is that they are quoting an anonymous person as a police source. The news outlet making this claim is a TABLOID. Now please don't tell me you believe all items in the Enquirer. If a police SPOKESPERSON, makes a statement with this information, that is an entire different kettle of fish.

Whats left?

Do you question whether he was suicidal?

Are you skeptical about his use of drugs that might affect his behavior?

Do you think he had MORE than 600 hrs flight experience logged?
or that 5,000 hrs experience is too high a qualification?

Do you believe a plane actually crashed?

My question is not facetious or baiting.

I want to know just what part of this news story you think IS plausible, and why.

Were there really 16 schoolkids on the plane?

Was it the pilot or the copilot who was in the cockpit when the other banged on the door?

What do you trust about this story, and why?

Do you think that normal heterosexuals dye the top of their head orange?

Do you really think that he was targeted by coworkers as a fag because of
his looks, or his flight-attendant experience?

It is very clear from both records and practices and testimony by
airline experts that "flight attendant" was a normal pre-assignment
for pilots looking to log hours or when openings were not immediately available.

If so, why would that alone cause the abuse, when probably half the
pilots in the airline had done previous 'attendant' assignments?

How do you explain the fact that only 6% of applicants for Airline Pilot
are accepted, that is, only the very TOP 6% with clean records
and no mental histories, yet HE WAS HIRED?

Because if you disbelieve ANY significant details in this story,
you have to provide MORE PLAUSIBLE ALTERNATIVES.

If astronomers say the earth is 4 billion years old,
and you say "pffff... police sources" or whatever,
I want to know your ALTERNATIVE.

All I'm going to say is that I will accept OFFICIAL reports and accounts of what happened and the background of the copilot, but not uncorroborated trash. If you wish to believe trash, that is entirely up to you.

Even the British Daily Mail who would kill to report a story such as the copilot being a secret homosexual have chosen not to report it, which should say something.

I hope this isn't 'all you're going to say'.

Do you mean you will only accept reports from CNN?

Or perhaps from Snowden's website?

Or Wikipedia?

This isn't good enough.
Give us some guidance, or at least explain how you decide WHO

I smelled bunk on this one too. The copilot was a nut job. That's why he flew the plane into the ground.

We want to know two things:
(1) WHY was the copilot a nutjob?

A depressive psychotic spiral set off by Psychoactive Drugs?

Or a predisposition to lawless acts, hinted at by a psychiatric history?

A prior history of homosexual abuse, resulting in sexual orientation confusion,
and criminal psychopathic and sociopathic tendencies?


(2) Why WASN"T the copilot flagged and stopped?

Prior psychiatric history should have invalidated him as a commercial pilot.
(a) never should have got a pilot's licence.
(b) should have been screened out of any commercial pilot position.
(c) should have been flagged and removed from any commercial pilot position he had.

The Airline should be sued by all the families for extreme negligence.


Prescription by Doctors of heavy Anti-psychotics/Antidepressants,
(a) should have been reported to his employer and regulatory bodies by the doctors.
(b) should have cancelled his employment as a copilot until his medical and mental condition was established.
(c) should have never happened while he was employed as a commercial pilot under any circumstance.

The Doctors who did this should be sued by all the families for criminal negligence.

You do acknowledge there was likely criminal negligence
on the part of the company,
in allowing a man with mental problems, taking anti-psychotic drugs,
and not even meeting the minimal standards for commercial piloting,
to operate a commercial plane full of people, right?

He passed his annual pilot recertification medical examination last summer.

He also did not self-report his problems to the company, which would not know otherwise.

What else would you like the company to legally do?
