I see that Quip and Jgarden have been banned. I'm presuming that Jefferson didn't bring the hammer down but what the heck are the rules now? These two get banned but the forum troll gets to imply that people are paedophiles and that's all okay?

No wonder this forum is a shadow of what it once was...

Private media has no obligation to give anyone a voice in anything. If You Tube had a monopoly on social media, that would be different. The question about whether or not a media outlook gets big enough to justify some kind of socialistic intervention to make sure it's fair, is worth discussing, but I'd argue that we aren't there yet, and likely will never be.

So your argument is that the media outlet with the largest share of viewers, has to let anyone express whatever? Better tell Fox they have to let Rachel Maddow have a show. :jawdrop:

Bottom line? The law matters. And no media outlet is required to give equal time to anyone. Reagan put an end to that. Ironic, huh?
