What right winger is currently going after these Ashley Madison users in the military?

Anyone who takes that for real, has no idea at all of what the U.S. military is like.
Sexual abuse is rampant in the military. And as you say, hedonism's always been part of the show. What "morality" is there to remove, exactly?
Blame ought never be placed anywhere except on the doer of a deed.
I don't see a reason why any of them should be fired. It's foolish to use a work email address for personal stuff, especially of this nature...but I don't know of any reason it would result in anything other than an email suggesting the proper use of work email addresses.
I do wonder if these people realize that their work email can be subject to FOIA requests...

There are about 4.1 million federal employees. I don't think that counts contractors who may also have government email address. If there are only hundreds of those email accounts in the Ashley Madison data dump, I think that's reasonably impressive for how few of them there are.

Any and all government employees, federal state, local etc.. who has been found to be using such at work, no matter what party affiliation they have - should be FIRED.

Indeed. Kinda shows you the mentality of the author. As if the President exercises direct control of all of those people.
Well, there's also no way to know how many of those were active at what point in time. So it could really be either or both.

Not only that, only executive branch employees can be said to "work for Obama" (even though as you point out, most of them are not Obama hires).
Irrelevant, whoever does it should be fired.

Using a government computer for non-work uses is not illegal, nor is it a violation of policy. It's only if those employees used their work computers to access the site during work hours. If they accessed it before work, during lunch, or after work, there's no cause for firing.
Did they get hired to have an affair or view porn on the clock? Have they been instructed what their workplace email is for and what its not for?
