Heb 8:8 makes a distinction between Judah and Israel.
All Jews are Israelites, but not all Israelites are Jews.
It's one of the biggest mistakes you Darby Followers make all the time, and is one of the reasons you guys are so confused.
There was no Israel and Judah when the OC was made. There was just Israel, which consisted of all 12 tribes. The split happened many years later.
