I care about you both. Something I found interesting in the Harris video zoo posted was Harris' contrasting of Luke 19:27 to what he called the "beautiful ethical precepts like the golden rule." It's unfortunate that Harris cannot discern a parable--the Lord said that would happen--but devastating he cannot see the scriptures were not only designed to convey the beautiful precepts he seems to appreciate but also designed to convey them to evolving humans.

I think it odd that a Christian should derail a thread airing dirty laundry in view of a world 'looking' for mud to sling. We should NOT be dividing the house.

Oh, that would have been good if I had been playing along, but no. Not this time.

All about the book sounds good. Hope things continue trending in that direction. I can't believe that Jack is that old already. I was watching my oldest last night and couldn't grasp the fact that he's nearly as tall as his mother. Grateful for each day with my children. Jackson, the oldest, is nearly eight and is thriving academically and athletically. Lorelei, the middle child, is six and seems so comfortable in her own skin. She is a fantastic reader and writer and has a lovely imagination. The youngest, Micah, is four and started reading at a younger age than either his brother and sister did. We've been blessed with health and happiness. It's all really more than I deserve.

I've enjoyed watching Jack grow via social media. How old is he now? How has the book-writing/book-publishing profession been?

Thank you for your encouraging words. I know how this place is and generally don't speak about it, but did today. The funny thing is that shortly after I posted, I received the message: This account is suspended. lol, first thought was I was banned and then thought that that is not how a ban worked. Had me there for a little bit!

It's just too much work to watch every word I say for fear I may offend someone (aCW) unintentionally. He's never coming off ignore.
