Off the top of my head, Inception. I'm kind of a sucker for Zimmer anyway, but that movie in particular, the score was almost another character. The way he slowed down the rhythm until the original song was almost unrecognizable as they descended into the dream layers was really awesome.
I also like the John Williams classics, like Raiders, Star Wars and Jurassic Park. And when I feel like navel-gazing, Thomas Newman's stuff on Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile and Road to Perdition.
