There are two (and only two) options for what the future holds.....

1. The future is settled. It's set! Either through God's direct decree, or through God's exhaustive foreknowledge, whatever is going to happen will happen in just that way..... down to every detail, and every movement of every molecule.

2. The future is not settled. Maybe completely unsettled or partially unsettled... God created in such a way to allow the future to transpire freely (within His set boundaries). Men can make choices of their own volition without being coerced (entirely) by God's decree or by God's exhaustive foreknowledge.
