So, a saved person has to have read, understood, and believed the entire Bible?

No, a regenerated Christian will hunger and thirst to read and understand all that has been revealed from God about Jesus Christ.

The gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation for every one that believes.

Every soul saved by the grace of God, believes and searches out the full gospel of God.

Isn't believing the gospel something that saved people do?

If the gospel is the entire Bible, a saved person would have to read believe and understand it all.

Belief in the gospel is a gift of God. So is the subsequent hungering and thirsting for Truth found in all of God's Word.

Reading and learning all the Scriptures is not a "work" but rather, is evidence of God's gift of grace and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit abiding within.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

So, it's possible that a saved person will not have read, understood, and believed the whole gospel (the bible)?

Regeneration precedes faith, so your attempts presenting empty argument are in vain.

Eventually, most regenerated souls read all the bible, if the Lord gives them enough time on this earth to do so.

But the thief on the cross was regenerated and given saving faith in the knowledge he was given of the Christ before he died.

Try as you might STP, you cannot make belief (faith), repentance, or obedience out to be works of the flesh. They are all evidence of the grace of God and the presence of the indwelling of His Holy Spirit. . For all believers prove to be the workmanship of God. Ephesians 2:10

You said the whole gospel was every word of God, the entire Bible.
You said that a saved person will believe the gospel.

You, hopefully, can see what an absurd statement the first one was.

It is absurd to deny that any part of the Holy Scriptures cannot edify or instruct or perfect the believer.
