Paste your url link into a post.

delete everything up to (and including) the "=" sign, which will leave only this portion of the url link.

Highlight the remaining portion of the url link (by picking it like you were going to copy/paste it), and then click on the YouTube icon (next to last icon in the top portion of the posting options).
A window will pop up where you fill in the title of the song (just type the title of the song into the line offered), and then click OK.
Then click Submit Reply (bottom button of posting options).
