Sissy chin ups: 4 x 5
Sissy barbell curls: 100 x 7
Sissy deadlifts: 200 x 3, 260 x 3 x 2
Then, lasagna and diet dew.
Friday morning workout:
Ran vigorously to McDonald's, to pick up 3 Egg McMuffin's, 5 small fries(I'm in training, so I avoid large fries), and 2 double quarter pounder's, without cheese(I am in training), and a large orange drink. Ate vigorously. Walked briskly home. Chased the stupid neighborhood cat, and threw a rock at him. Also threw a pebble at the noisy bird in the tree, and yelled at him/her. Gave him/her 228 seconds to shut up.
Opened door. Ate 2 Ho Ho's.
Took a nap, until 2:28 today. Ordered something on TV, before midnight tonight.
Took another nap.
