There may be some legitimacy to the plaintiff's claims, but that is why we have courts. Thousands of lawsuits are filed each year that make claims that are illegitimate, dishonest, or wrong. The courts will have to rule and their rulings are not always right. That is life in America.

Two Georgia election workers who became the target of conspiracy theories around the 2020 election are suing The Gateway Pundit, a far-right website that published false information about them as part of a sweeping effort to sow doubt about the integrity of the vote.
The election workers, Ruby Freeman, a retired 911 call center worker, and her daughter, Shaye Moss, allege in the lawsuit that Jim and Joe Hoft, twin brothers who operate and write for The Gateway Pundit, conducted “a campaign of lies” that “instigated a deluge of intimidation, harassment, and threats that has forced them to change their phone numbers, delete their online accounts, and fear for their physical safety.”
Freeman and her daughter became central figures in some of the many conspiracy theories that circulated among conservatives in the months after the election. Other subjects of similar theories — most notably companies that make voting machines — have also launched lawsuits targeted at media companies that spread misleading or outright evidence-free claims about their roles in the election.
At the height of the harassment, Freeman said strangers twice attempted to push into her home to “make a citizens’ arrest,” the lawsuit alleges. Freeman was eventually forced to shutter her business and flee her home for two months at the recommendation of the FBI, the suit says.
Nobody can convince anyone of things they are determined not to believe.

When you have nothing of any substance to provide as evidence then you can't very well be surprised when people aren't convinced. If you buy into conspiracy theory regarding the 2020 election then that's your prerogative but there's no truth to any of it, as reflected by it all coming to nought.

Well, I suppose anyone who doesn't venerate Trump and buy into conspiracy bunk about the last election 'counts' as a 'leftist', 'socialist', 'marxist' & whatnot in your world but it only reflects poorly on you to write such drivel.
Like you said, I have no evidence to show the deliberately blind who refuse to see anything they do not want to see.
Trump did not invent claims of voter fraud, tens of Americans clearly saw the fraud and reported it and Trump picked up on that.
Murderers will still murder, which is why we have cops. Crooks will commit voter fraud which is why we have outlets for objecting to the crime and advocating changes be made to prevent crime in the future.
If you thought you had the slightest shred of evidence that Trump's reelection was stolen, you'd hire a lawyer and take it to court. You might get a MAGA judge to hear it. Why won't you do that? Because you don't believe your own claims of widespread voter fraud any more than I do!
I have no interest in fighting leftist courts and liberal judges to try to get voter fraud investigated. If America does not demand investigations into voter fraud and does not change laws to secure elections against voter fraud then America deserves to go to the hell it will voter fraud itself into, like the one our country is currently descending into right now.
You speak as though most federal judges are liberal leftists. The fact is, most of them were appointed by Republican presidents and many of them were appointed by Trump himself. That being the case, tell me again why you won't hire a lawyer and take your evidence of widespread voter fraud to court? Is it because you don't have any? Got it.
I give you one example:
Justice John Roberts was appointed by a republican president yet he foolishly refused to allow Senator Paul to ask pertinent questions in the illegitimate democrat lynch-mob impeachment trial of President Trump. If Roberts had been a good judge he would never have allowed the illegitimate impeachment to go forward and would never have allowed the democrats to violate Trump's right to due process.

Well, if Trump's lawyers shied away from declaring actual fraud in court then it's a no brainer that nobody here has anything credible that a lawyer would risk their livelihood to perjure themselves on. Quite right regarding the appointees. Then again, they were probably all just RINO's for many of the MAGA brigade on here.
Courts rejected voter fraud investigations for several varied reasons, none of which involved courts presenting evidence that fraud could not have occurred.
Then hire a lawyer and present said evidence in court.

It really would be interesting if someone here actually rose up to that challenge wouldn't it? It's not gonna happen obviously but it would be kinda fun to see...
Courts cannot prove elections were not tainted. To prove that there would have to be major investigations into every precinct in the nation that showed signs of corruption and that would be almost impossible to achieve. The smart thing would be to just accept the fact that democrats have not proven they did not secretly commit voter fraud and to pass voting laws that make fraud harder to accomplish.
