The wheels of justice sometimes move very slowly and far too often do not reach the desired just end. However, in spite of all the ignorant, investigative proof-lacking, self-serving claims by democrats that they committed no fraud, facts and evidence keep surfacing that put the lie to the unsupported democrat claims of innocence, honesty, and openness.
Judge Approves Release of Dominion Forensic Audit
A judge in Michigan on Monday permitted parties in a court case to release the results of a forensic imaging examination of Dominion Voting Systems machines, with redactions of code.
The 23-page report was published soon after by Allied Security Operations Group. It includes expert analysis from Russell Ramsland, a former Republican Party candidate who works with the group.
Ramsland’s team concluded that Dominion’s system “intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors.”
Lying leftists continue to hide the fact that the investigation you refer to found significant issues of fraud, error, mistakes, incompetence, and the like, which the investigators recommended be investigated further for possible criminal charges. This is from the official report:
2 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The preamble to our Constitution reminds us that our nation is always pursuing greater perfection, seeking to establish
“… a more perfect Union” so that we can “...secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” Nothing is
more essential in preserving liberty than free and fair elections. To that end, Cyber Ninjas was engaged by the Arizona
Senate to audit the 2020 General Election and determine in what areas legislative reform may enhance our current
process so that our elections may continue to get better, becoming “more perfect.” In doing so, it was our goal to
improve confidence in American elections by identifying areas where legislation could resolve any identified issues.
This audit has been the most comprehensive and complex election audit ever conducted. It involved the hand counting
of 2.1 million ballots, a forensic paper inspection of all ballots, a forensic review of the voting machines, and an in-depth
analysis of the voter rolls and the 2020 General Election final files.
What has been found is both encouraging and revealing. On the positive side there were no substantial differences
between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official election canvass results for Maricopa County. This is an
important finding because the paper ballots are the best evidence of voter intent and there is no reliable evidence that
the paper ballots were altered to any material degree.
Based on our other findings, however, we recommend that the Legislature tighten up the election process to provide
additional certainty going forward, and that several specific findings of our audit be further reviewed by the Arizona
Attorney General for a possible investigation. Such other findings include the following:
• None of the various systems related to elections had numbers that would balance and agree with each other. In
some cases, these differences were significant.
• There appears to be many 27, 807 ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election.
• Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.
• Ballot images 284,412 on the EMS were corrupt or missing.
• Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General
Election had been fully cleared.
• On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required
serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain-ofCustody documentation for the ballots for the time-period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’
care. This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results; and added ambiguity into
the final conclusions.
• Maricopa County failed to follow basic cyber security best practices and guidelines from CISA
No wonder the democrats had sued in an effort to stop the audit, and no wonder now that the initial audit is finished in spite of democrat obstruction along the way, the democrats lie about it.

Let's look at what was reported in the Arizona audit.

1. Election rules need to be tightened to prevent fraud in the future, even though democrats claim tightening election securities are racist efforts to keep blacks from voting.

2. None of the vote tallies lined up and some of the differences were enormous.
• Files were missing from the Election Management System (EMS) Server.
3. Required records were missing or destroyed. Those records could have held evidence of massive fraud. The fact the records are missing is a crime that falls under the criminal title of election fraud.
• There appears to be many 27, 807 ballots cast from individuals who had moved prior to the election.
4. Thousands of ineligible votes were cast.
• Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General
Election had been fully cleared.
5. Legally required records, files, and documentation were missing, deleted, or destroyed, which is also a crime of election fraud or criminal incompetence.
• On the ballot side, batches were not always clearly delineated, duplicated ballots were missing the required
serial numbers, originals were duplicated more than once, and the Auditors were never provided Chain-ofCustody documentation for the ballots for the time-period prior to the ballot’s movement into the Auditors’
6. Legally required records and procedures were not followed and preserved. Besides required records being omitted, deleted, stolen, or destroyed, there is evidence of criminal tampering with voting records after the election and before the audit. This is a crime that should be investigated and prosecuted.
This all increased the complexity and difficulty in properly auditing the results; and added ambiguity into
the final conclusions.
7. The investigation was hampered, compromised, and incomplete because of opposition by parties opposed to the examination. Those parties should be charged with and tried for obstruction.

8. The county elections officials who conducted the 2020 election are responsible for the failures to produce a fair, accurate, and open election.
It's true that Arizona county elections officials under investigation destroyed records, documents, and evidence so the investigators could not find sufficient proof of significant fraud, but I don't take such obstruction and criminal destruction of government property as evidence of honest and fair elections.
It is true that the Arizona Senate is controlled by Republicans and that their Cyber Ninjas investigation found that beyond all doubt, Biden won the election fair and square.
