Two 911 calls described an SUV that had been abandoned in the middle of the road. One unidentified caller said the driver was acting strangely, adding, "I think he's smoking something."

Police Sgt. Dave Walker has said investigators found a vial of the drug PCP in Crutcher's vehicle.

And as such, any force, deadly or otherwise, is automatically justified. And will subsequently be justified by any irrational means, after the fact.

Such that we see all sorts of absurd excuse-making from the killer cops and from the many authoritarians posting on this board. As we do with every incident of this kind.
