It is good to vaccinate your children against diseases against which the vaccine is effective and not risky. Some vaccines, like the flu vaccine, are extremely risky and of unproven efficacy.
I will categorically say, however, that it is wise to inoculate your children against homosexuality, atheism, and Darwinism.
