The Sock Deception

Yes, he elevated the art of smack to new levels. I think his bans were primarily related to explicit disrespect of the staff, even Knight directly, and castigating them (or the site in general) for permitting what he saw as outright heresy. He demonstrated little patience for anyone who disagreed with him as forcefully as he met them in discussions. I know this as I was often on the receiving end of some of his meltdowns.

He petitioned to ban all non-trins parmanently.

EXACTLY. He even lied about listing them all out....as he was busily adding others. Three or four signed up within hours of his asking to be banned. One I saw was busily posting a private message. Who was he whining to, and who might he be blaming?

I don't like it. Why are we even having to wonder?

If he's reading this, I would like to make him an offer.

Admit what you've done. Don't beg for mercy from us.
Don't ask to be banned...that is the most childish thing of all. Just stop posting if you're done.

Put on a pair of big boy pants, and determine to only post as ONE person.
Be honest, and you will be accepted. When you're not engrossed in this deception, you are an asset to this forum. Your choice.
I have remembered him in my prayers. His most recent debacle seems to be aggravated by too much imbibing of some substances. It is either that or he was experiencing a psychotic episode. I do think that should be taken into account before his vulgar requests to be banned are considered.

SOZO was pretty smart at theology, but he would blow it when he felt threatened. Knight did not like this and often lamented his outbursts. He had a lot to teach and was real fun to get into a tiz with, even though Knight did not care for it. I was probably just shy of being banned myself, but it was worth it! ;)

One of the last posting from I read was his teaching milkshake about a healthy tea. It was very interesting; however ai was to sick then to try it. I wish i could find out what it was.

Speaking of bans, I have been banned two or three times, but never thought I should circumvent the ban by re-registering with a new account. It is just too complicated to keep up with other usernames and content. I keep copies most of my more lengthy posts with the accompanying TOL post id links to them on my computer, so tracking all of that for other usernames would be a hassle.

So, you're basically saying it is too much trouble to be bad. I like that. :chuckle:

Sozo never really sneaked in without clearing ban end with Knight; they were close, yet SOZO was just too much on attacking member for Knight to abide it.

He took smacking beyond the TOL pale

Agreed. Though Sozo used several ID's, to my knowledge, he was always upfront and didn't use them in order to get around multiple bans or deceive others.

someone suggest me to change the username to post when I am banned. But my convictions are always the same and it will not work.

Sometimes I wear my boots without socks if I'm just running down the road real quick. I guess from the outside it may seem as if I have socks on, but do not.

On a serious note; if what glorydays is speaking of is true then it is a shame. We are to be judged by GOD, not man. We are to do in secret in the sight of GOD, and not for the sight of man. So basically; anyone pretending to have followers that are in agreement with them when it is only themselves being deceitful is very obviously not a child of GOD at this time.

Look at aCW's wild fantasies
 I'd really rather not.

that Wizard Of Oz has about sixteen different user names including Patrick Jane

Yeah, aCultureWarrior is a strange one. I'd have to have multiple personality disorder to pull off posting as patrick jane

Not really worth the time or effort to have multiple accounts pretending to be different users simultaneously really.
Exactly. Anyone who does this must have way too much time on their hands.

He is a good man, father of eight children, friend of Knight. He also, sometimes, has little patience for those who do not understand theology.

I think so. Insecurity, need for attention, wanting to belong and have friends maybe. The true self always comes out over time with observation so there's no point in trying to act different than you are.

It's not easy for some people to open up and take risks offering their opinions and beliefs. Not everybody has the same sense of humor and some have none at all. When I stopped worrying about what everybody here thought about me I enjoyed it much more. I care but I don't worry about it.
