Instead of wasting its time with North Korea, America should be putting military and economic pressure on the Chinese - especially those companies that are trading directly with Kim.

Given enough economic pain combined with all the military might that America can muster parked just outside Chinese territorial waters, Kim will suddenly succumb to a mysterious "accident" - problem solved!
