No. The Spirit of God GIVES understanding. Just because you quote words doesn't mean that you understand Them. You quote Scripture WAY too much without understanding what it is you've quoted. There is no 'milk understanding' in Scripture. You can make use of God's Word as if it is milk and you can eat meat, which means to do His Will; but your imaginary 'milk' and 'meat' understanding garbage just isn't in The Holy Scriptures.
