I'd say because no capital security personnel, FBI, CIA, our other government contractors/workers were arrested. Especially since they did the inviting openly.

Several officers were investigated for conduct unbecoming an officer that was deemed noncriminal in nature. At certain points officers wee outnumbered and tried de-escaltion techniques rather explicitly barring further infiltration. Of course this does not amount to an invitation. Binars gonna bate.

Most did not, and they were brutally assaulted by the mob. There is no way you can "diminish" that. It's on video. We saw it with our own eyes.

There are both videos that show fighting and inviting. Why the inviting especially after denying they did it?

Nope. The first person to be exonerated was invited in on the outside of the building. All the people that you are talking about were in the building after people were already in the building.
