Diplomacy and negotiation should be seen for what they are: ways to deal with conflict besides giving in or fighting back.

Bibi chose not to pay attention to this advice he got, much like Bush ignored his Presidential Daily Briefing that warned the month before 9/11 that "...bin Laden determined to attack the U.S."
