It isn't just you, SoD. Everywhere you look, Christians in the public space are giving it a bad name. I know better than to judge all Christians the same way, because of what often seems like a mere handful of counter-examples, in spite of you and those like you.

I spent 30+ years in one of the coldest parts of the lower 48, so I can sympathize with that. And there is a definite beauty to the snow, even when it's blowing. But for this year, at the risk of sounding smug, I think I'll go snorkeling while the maid does the bed and the vacuuming.

Cali ... how I miss it. We will hopefully be able to move back before next winter.
It's a great state, and I really like living there. But...at the moment, I'm a little further west and south than that. Even in California, the snorkeling would be a little cold this time of year without a wet-suit.
