I would be impressed if the FBI stopped protecting Biden before the Durham report came out.
This just looks like the FBI saying, "Look at us everyone! We don't go after only Republicans like that silly Durham report said. We go after Democrats also. See how even-handed, neutral, unbiased and nonpartisan we are?"
Um...no. Especially since the Dems want to run someone other than Biden for 2024, the FBI is still showing itself to be nothing more than a wing of the Democrat Party by going after Biden at this convenient time.
