The unreliability of codex Sinaiticus and Vaticanus are discussed here:

These documents are favored in all newer translations because of their early date which is a dubious distinction.
It is more likely they survived because they were seldom used.

Without granting the premise that those source texts are "corrupted"...

There are at least three that do not use them...

The New King James (NKJV)
Modern English Version (MEV)
Geneva Bible (GNV)
21st Century King James Version (KJ21) (not really a new translation so I'm not sure this one counts)
