I know so. I didn't choose to be attracted to the opposite sex and I didn't choose to be repulsed at any intimate acts with my own, simply the way it is, ergo 'choosing' to entertain homosexuality is an impossibility.

Then why does it have to be constantly pointed out that if you're heterosexual then homosexual inclination simply isn't there?
There's nothing to act on if same sex attraction is non existent, and it would be pretty pointless to identify as being straight if you have latent bi-sexual attractions going on where that could be a choice to act on.

And didn't work as pointed out already. A normally non violent man may be pushed over the edge to entertain murder as provided in the scenario a few posts ago. As a comparison it simply fails, as with lying, stealing etc.

Sin corrupts. You can go from the most minor deviance [looking at vanilla porn] and before you know it you're looking at kinkier and kinkier stuff. And pretty soon you're coming across some pretty disturbing stuff and liking it. And even if yo tell yourself it's wrong and click away from it to something that's not considered so bad, eventually you find yourself clicking on it because you've come across it so often and been intrigued by it more and more each time.
So, while you can say now you would not choose it you cannot guarantee that under the right circumstances you wouldn't end up there. Regardless of what it is.

I personally can guarantee it and let's not kid around. Practically every bloke has watched porn at some point from soft to hard. For most it doesn't skew with their orientation and if it did then again, it's arguable that they have latent bisexual attractions to start with. If I were to see any sort of male homosexual porn or S&M or whatnot then I'd be clicking the off button ASAP. It simply doesn't appeal in the absolute slightest.

I'm as inclined to call people idiots as anyone, but its really not going to help. If you're going to push the theonomic position with a non-Christian, the best thing you can do is be nice and put the best spin on it you possibly can. It still probably won't work but then its all on them. God has been working on me in this area lately.

And who hasn't indulged in pornography - either soft or hard at some point in life? Are you trying to tell me you've never seen a glamour magazine at the very least? You can argue that it's immoral and can be damaging but I've yet to hear of a bloke turning gay for having a subscription to 'Playboy' etc. If you're secure in your sexuality then you know it and if you're straight you'd have zero interest in watching gay porn anyway. If you have curiosities that lead towards your own gender then there's already something bubbling under the surface if a few 'Penthouse' vids bring that to the fore...
