Hello Heir, long time no see.
I would like to say that Jesus' words are forever and for all.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
Isaiah 55:11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
John 1:12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God--
The point (which stands even though you want to change the subject) is that our salvation by grace through faith is not of ourselves; it is the gift of God: not of works, lest GT boasts of herself claiming she saves herself by enduring to the end in her self righteousness. If you can so much as move your little finger to save yourself in the dispensation of the grace of God, you make God a liar and His grace work.
Romans 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
