The winner of the presidential election will be the candidate who gets the most electoral votes. This usually translates as the individual who wins the popular vote. Everything on your list is just whining. I'm reminded of what Megyn Kelly said to Karl Rove four years ago when it became painfully obvious that the Republican's has lost the election but Rove was still trying ot spin a fantasy scenario where this hand't happened:
