I have to agree: His father knew he had drug problems and was not stable, and gives him a gun. Bad, bad decision. And why should those people have been packing guns at a Bible study? And who wants a big shoot-out in a church? No, this is a case where this kid really should not have had a gun.
Agreed! But even better, perhaps his father should have been aware of the hatred developing in his son's heart and done something about that.
