If Trump's approval ratings were higher, we all know that those who are currently dismissing them would be extolling them from the rooftops.
For a president to be this unpopular so early in his term is unprecedented, and doesn't bode well for the vote replacing Obamacare and getting his legislative agenda passed.
The only thing keeping Republican politicians "loyal" is the hope that Trump will help them pass their conservative agenda - once he stumbles and they see him as a liability, their support will evaporate!
