There was no interpretation going on whatsoever and these communications have been made public as already linked to. This is what happens when studios like Fox are silly enough to make accusations against companies with the means to fight back and file lawsuits. They can make legal demands that require people to testify in court and have access to staff communications. That's what happened. Carlson was telling you one thing in his pitiful broadcasts and thinking another altogether. Don't like it? Do yourself a favour and quit watching Fox then.

George Soros began using corrupted voting machines in Venezuela where he helped get the commie crookedly elected and then Soros had an open door to loot the country's assets, leaving it in shambles. Soros voting machine corruption was passed on to Dominion which has aided democrats in stealing elections, especially in 2020 in a big way.
